Ronald Dawson brings more than 55 years of experience in the financial services industry, serving clients with a strong focus on estate planning, business succession, deferred compensation, and retirement planning. He works closely with long-term clients and collaborates with CPAs, attorneys, banks, and other professional advisors to help deliver well-coordinated financial strategies.

Ron is a Partner at Valeur Capital Advisors and is a Top of the Table and Life and Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), reflecting his long-standing commitment to professional excellence and ethical service. In addition to his professional work, he has dedicated many years to community leadership, including serving as a past two-term President of the Board of Directors for New Braunfels Hope Hospice and is past President of the Downtown Rotary Club of New Braunfels.
